We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. Permitted uses include:

- ✕ Use the Service in violation of YouTube's Terms of Service
- ✕ Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party
5. Copyright and Intellectual Property
youtubemp3file.com respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. The Service is designed as a tool and is not responsible for the content users choose to convert.
Converting a YouTube video to audio does not grant you any ownership rights to that audio. The copyright remains with the original rights holder. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of any downloaded content complies with applicable copyright law in your jurisdiction.

6. Premium Subscriptions
Certain features (such as extended playlist conversion) require a paid Premium subscription. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Refunds
Refund requests made within 7 days of initial purchase will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@youtubemp3file.com.
Price changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, or completeness of any converted audio file. YouTube's content availability may change without notice, affecting the Service's ability to process certain videos.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, youtubemp3file.com SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
